Primary antibody: PhosphoDetect™ Anti-Glycogen Synthase Kinase-3α/β (pTyr<sup>279/216</sup>) Rabbit pAb (Cat. No. ST1013) (1:1000) pre-incubated without peptide (lanes 1, 5), or with phosphopeptide immunogen (lane 2), a generic phosphoserine-containing peptide (lane 3), or non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the immunogen (lane 4).
