The pCDF Expression System 1 plus Competent Cells contains 10 µg of pET-45b(+) DNA. pET-45b carries an N-terminal His•Tag® coding sequence that is cleavable with enterokinase as well as an optional C-terminal S•Tag™ coding sequence. Note that the sequence is numbered by the pBR322 convention, so the T7 expression region is reversed on the vector map (TB392).
