The LIC Duet™ T7•Tag® Ek Adaptor encodes a T7 promoter, lac operator, ribosome binding site (rbs), ATG translation initation codon, and an N-terminal T7•Tag coding sequence. The T7•Tag is a small epitope tag (11 aa) that is useful for detection of the target protein with T7•Tag Monoclonal Antibody and purification using the T7•Tag Affinity Purification Kit.
