The Introductory Strep•Tag® II Kit contains the essential reagents for Strep•Tag II fusion protein expression in E. coli and for fusion protein purification and detection. The kit provides either pET-51b(+) or pET-52b(+) expression vector, a 1-ml Strep•Tactin® Superflow™ Column and buffers, and Strep•Tag II Antibody HRP Conjugate.
