Detection of human Smad1/5, phosphorylated at pSer<sup>463/465</sup>, by immunoblotting. Samples: whole cell lysates from HeLa or NIH/3T3 cells, left untreated or treated with BMP-4, as indicated by the (+) and (-). Primary antibody: PhosphoDetect™ Anti-Smad1/5 (pSer<sup>463/465</sup>) Rabbit mAb (41D10) (Cat. No. PS1024) (1:1000). Detection: chemiluminescence.

Detection of human Smad1/5 phosphorylated at pSer<sup>463/465</sup>, by flow cytomtry. Samples: HeLa cells left untreated (blue) or treated with BMP-4 (green). Primary antibody: PhosphoDetect™ Anti-Smad1/5 (pSer<sup>463/465</sup>) Rabbit mAb (41D10) (Cat. No. PS1024) (1:200) (blue and green) and a nonspecific, negative control antibody (red).
