Samples: Nuclear extract (50 µg) from HEK293 cells, G361 cells, mouse wild-type, γ-H2AX embryonic fibroblasts (+/+), and mouse γ-H2AX knockout embryonic fibroblasts (-/-), all untreated (UT) or treated with neocarzinostatin (NCS) (200 ng/ml, 30 min).
