The pRSF-1 Expression System contains 10 µg of pRSF-1b DNA. pRSF-1b carries an N-terminal His•Tag® coding sequence that is cleavable with enterokinase as well as an optional C-terminal S•Tag™ sequence. Note that the sequence is numbered by the pBR322 convention, so the T7 expression region is reversed on the vector map (TB393).
