Recombinant, human PPI2 expressed in E. coli. Inhibitor-2 is the regulatory subunit of the cytosolic type 1 Ser/Thr protein phosphatase-1 (PP1). It potently inhibits the activity of the free catalytic subunit of PP1 (IC50 = 1 nM).
