 Detection of human and mouse tuberin/TSC2, phosphorylated at Thr<sup>1462</sup>, by immunoblotting. Samples: Whole cell lysate from NIH 3T3 cells that were left untreated, or treated with PDGF (Cat. No. 521200) (50 ng/ml), PDGF and wortmannin (Cat. No. 681675) (200 nM), or PDGF and rapamycin (Cat. No. 553210) (5 nM), and MCF7 cells that were untreated or IGF-1 (Cat. No. 407240) for the indicated times. Primary antibodies: PhosphoDetect™ Anti-Tuberin/TSC2 (pThr<sup>1462</sup>) Rabbit pAb (Cat. No. ST1084) (1:1000) (upper) or Anti-Tuberin/TSC2 (lower).
