Screen-printable structuring materials permit economic large-scale production using standard equipment. With standard screen printing methods, high yields and high efficiency are assured. Compared to general removal methods such as laser ablation, photolithography and plasma etching, the screen-printing of etching pastes is a high-throughput method. Also, investment and operation costs are lower.
